konnai pocket diapers are made with stay-dry fleece fabric on the inside and water-proof Poly Urethane Laminated (PUL) on the outside. The fleece fabric wicks away the moisture and wetness, allows air flow and thus reduces the chances of getting allergic reactions and diaper rash.
The pocket diapers are meant to be used along with pre-fold cloth diapers or inserts.
